Two registrations — one flow.
Every player registers with the club and with Hockey Victoria. Start with the club. When you finish, it sends you straight on to Hockey Victoria.
Club registration (Majestri)
Pick your category and pay your club fee, in full or on a payment plan. Discounts for goalkeepers and siblings apply automatically. You need to be 18+ with a card to register yourself or someone else.
Hockey Victoria (RevSport)
Compulsory for every player in Victoria. It covers your insurance and the HV and Hockey Australia levies for the year. Majestri takes you here when step 1 is done. Pick Returning member if you registered in 2025, otherwise New member.
Paid before you play
Both need to be complete and paid before you train or play. Already registered with HV this year through Indoor, Summer or an Academy? You don’t pay HV again — just do step 1.
- Pick your Primary Playing Category first, then add extras. Junior also playing seniors? Register as Juniors. Masters also playing weekends? Register as Seniors.
- Monday and Wednesday midweek comps are charged separately.
- Can’t commit to a full season? Pick a casual fill-in category instead (1–5, 6–10 or 10+ games).
- Also coaching, umpiring or managing a team? Tick those roles during the HV step — see officials.
Parents
Registering a junior
A parent or guardian does both steps on the child’s behalf, using the child’s details for the player.
- Register each child separately — the $50 sibling discount comes off the 2nd and later junior automatically
- Game On! (Under 8) and Under 10 have their own low fees and don’t pay the Volunteer Levy
- Junior also playing seniors? Register as Juniors and add the extra comp

Two clubs
Dual registration
For anyone playing for more than one club — say juniors with one club and seniors with another, or winter elsewhere and indoor with us. You only pay the HV fee once.
- Register with your primary club first
- Then register with your second club and pick the same Full Membership option (e.g. Adult 19 & over). The HV fee drops to $0 at payment
- Don’t pick Game Membership for a dual rego — you’ll be charged again, and HV can’t refund it
- Club fees: you pay Mentone’s fee for the competition you play with us
- Just been asked to fill in or have a run with us? You still need to dual register
Coaches, umpires & team managers
Not playing? Still register.
From 2026, Hockey Australia requires every coach, umpire and official to be registered in RevSport. That includes team managers.
Playing as well?
Register as a player as normal. During the Hockey Victoria step, tick your extra roles — coach, umpire, official or volunteer. Nothing more to pay.
Not playing?
Register in RevSport and choose Official. It’s free. Team managers choose Official too. There’s no Majestri step and no club fee.
Working with Children Check
The club requires a current WWCC for coaches and team managers. Send your card number to secretary@mentonehockey.org.au, or for junior teams to juniors@mentonehockey.org.au.

Transferring to Mentone
Coming from another club, including interstate? Email secretary@mentonehockey.org.au and we’ll start the transfer.
- Don’t create a new RevSport account — your existing record has to be moved across
- The transfer has to go through before your first match
- Paying HV twice by mistake often can’t be refunded
Fix or reactivate your HV registration
Use the RevSport link on its own if you’ve already paid club fees but aren’t showing as active, you’ve lost access to your account, or you need to be active to be picked.

Club fees
What it costs.
Club fees cover umpires, ground hire, equipment and club costs. Hockey Victoria’s fee is separate and paid in step 2. 2027 fees will be posted here once the committee sets them.

Getting your $100 Volunteer Levy back
The levy is paid at registration and refunded once you’ve earned 5 volunteer points during the season.
- A match day in the canteen = 1 point
- Umpiring a game you’re not paid for counts too
- Helping at club events and junior clinics — a big all-day event like Portsea Polo earns all 5
- Log each one with the QR codes around the club
Payment plans & discounts
You can choose a payment plan in Majestri at the time you register. Goalkeeper and sibling discounts are applied automatically.
